Neuro-graphic Art is a science-backed, meditative drawing method developed in 2014 by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev.
It combines psychology and visual art to access the subconscious, this helps to relieve stress, and build new neural pathways.
You draw spontaneous, flowing lines across a page and round all intersecting corners, transforming tension into balance.
This really helps people heal from traumatic situations that are reoccurring energies they want to heal or release to the past.
This artistic modality is very relaxing and support to reset your nervous system.
Please join us for an event in a peaceful serene setting filled with laughter, fun and a guided mediation with sound bath before we get started on creating a masterpiece that you can take home with you that day/evening. :)
